Hill 120, 1944 - 2011

10:42 am. October 20, 1944 the American forces of liberation had landed.

1^st Lt. Clifford W. Mills raised the American flag in the Philippine soil.

Atop of the Hill 120 Blue Beach, Dulag, Leyte.

My friends and I have been here in September 16, 2011 and taken some pictures.

Viva Passenger Motors

I spotted these two funny and amazing motorcycles. Not just two but many of them are running around the proper town of Dulag, Leyte.

Ayon sa mga residente ng bayang ito ay ginagawang pampasahero ang mga motor na ito at kayang magsakay ng limang pasahero excluded ang driver.

Route from the proper town going to some baranggays na motor lang ang bumibyahe sa mga liblib na lugar.

A Day for Nuestra Senora Del Refugio

Just now ay out-of-town ako kaya malayo ako sa aking mami@goto.com business, I'm at Dulag, Leyte this moment enjoying the 30 days vacation with my lady.

Experiencing the new environment and culture in this one of the amazing paradise in the Philippines.

Nagdaos ng kapistahan ang munting bayan ng Dulag at nasaksihan ko kung gaano nila pinahalagahan ang patron ng mahal na Birheng Maria (Nuestra Senora Del Refugio) na eksaktong kaarawan din Niya noong Setyembre a-otso.

Simpleng paghahanda nga mga tagaroon pero dama mo ang pagkakaisa ng lahat.

I'll continue my enjoyment for this vacation and I'll share more of my karanasan here.

Silver Man

Kung tagurian siya'y "Silver Man".
Siya ay taong buhay at hindi taong rebulto. Isa ito sa mga atraksiyon na nakakatawag pansin sa mga lokal at dayuhan na namamasyal sa popular na lugar na ito, Bukit Bintang sa pusod ng Kuala Lumpur.

Kinulayan niya ng silver mula ulo hanggang paa ang kanyang buong katawan at pupuwesto siya na animo'y isang rebulto. Mapapansing may sumbrerong nakatihaya sa kanyang harapan na kulay silver din. At may dalawang babae na naka-pose sa magkabilang tagiliran, nagpakuha ng larawan at kapagkuwa'y naglagay ng pera ang dalawang babae sa sumbrerong nakatihaya sa harapan ng Silver Man.

Curious lang ako nun kaya't kinunan ko ng larawan ang senaryo. Lumitaw sa isipan ko na isang paraan ng taong ito ang ganitong eksena upang siya ay kumita. Simple at nakakapag-aliw siya sa mga dumadaan dito.

Hummn... tingnan mo nga naman, sa halip na magsuot siya ng marumi at punit na damit saka nakasalampak siya sa gitna ng daanan at hawak ang sumbrero, mas magandang ideya ang ganitong paraan na kanyang naisipan.

Pwede kong tawaging "the Art of Making Money" ang kanyang ideya, hehehe...

Okey! Patok ang taong 'to...! Oppsss! Gayahin kaya ng ilang kababayan natin ang raket ni Silver Man?

Hog-mongous Bigger Than Hogzilla?

Another Electric-Powered Mini Car

Heto na naman ang isa sa ilang bagong imbentong sasakyan na electric-powered na inilunsad dun sa New York, ang 2009 New York International Auto Show. It is something about PUMA or Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility.

PUMA is a joint project between Segway and General Motors.

It is a two-seat, lithium-battery-powered transportation pod. Capable of reaching 56kph and going 56km between charges.

Ang maganda pa rito, the PUMA pod would be equipped with transponders to help it behave much in the manner of pedestrians on crowded New York streets - they seem to automatically sense one another's space and avoid intrusion or collision.

The PUMA pod, initially expected to be sold to test-bed communities, such as college campuses.
O! ayan mga Bros and Sis, sa susunod na imbento niyan eh, lilipad na yan, hehehe...

Pag Pumuti Ang Uwak...

I found this image at the pages of Malaysia newspaper and I tear it out to share with you.

May naalala kase ako sa crow na ito. It is my first time to see a white crow o kung tawgin sila ay "Albino Crow". Usually, puro itim kase ang nakikita ko noon.

Nanliligaw ako noong binatilyo pa lang ako sa aming probinsiya. Inabot ko pa ang mga babaeng "pakipot" kung tawagin, hehehe...

Sabi niya, "Pakakasal lang ako sa 'yo kung puputi na ang uwak!"

Wow! Bigat Pare! Puputi kaya 'yun?

And then, here it is! May puti nga palang uwak dito sa bahagi ng Malaysia.

Lagot siya sa akin. Pero sayang, huli na...hehehe...

Dagdag pa, alam n'yo bang dito sa Malaysia ay naglipana ang mga uwak sa kampong at siyudad?

Malayang lumulipad ang mga uwak kahit sa gitna ng tarpiko, walang gumagalaw sa kanila. Katunayan nga, sa 11th floor na tinitirahan ko ay mga huni ng uwak ang alarm ko sa umaga.

Amazing di ba? Uwaaaakk...uwaaakk...uwaaakk...

Two-Headed Snake

In South Africa, this snake which has two-headed was born in captivity in Northlands Pets pet shop in Durban after some eggs were incubated.

Sa panahong ito ay hindi na nakapagtataka sa mga imposibleng pangyayari o mga bagay na may buhay na mayroong kakatwang anyo na di pangkaraniwan.

Tao man o hayop na makikita mong di-pangkaraniwan ay likha pa rin ng ating Panginoon at dapat lang na igalang at hindi katakutan.

Every year ay ginugunita nating mga Kristiyano ang pagsasakripisyong ginawa ng ating mahal na Ama. Mula sa pabubuhat ng mabigat na Krus na gawa sa matibay na kahoy.

Nanatili Siya doon hanggang malagutan ng hininga. Ang lahat ng ito'y Kanyang tiniis alang-alang sa pagtubos sa lahat ng ating mga kasalanan.

Pieta. Si Jesus sa kandungan ng mahal na Ina ng Awa.


Pagkalipas ng tatlong araw ay muli siyang nabuhay at umakyat sa langit. Ngunit naiwan ang kanyang Ispiritu at mananahan sa ating mga Puso upang tayo'y kanyang alagaan.

Sa panahong ito ng Kuwaresma ay kumakatok siya upang siya'y alalahanin at magsisi sa mga kasalanan, magbalik-loob sa Kanya at pairalin ang pagmamahal katulad ng ginagawa Niya sa atin.

e-Jeepney or an electric powered jeep, panlaban nga ba sa polusyon at climate change?

Kuha ang larawang ito more than a year ago, na nabasa ko sa isang Malaysia newspaper at may naglaro sa isipan ko kung sakali't magiging ganito na lahat ang mga kotse e, t'yak magkakaroon din ang mga bus, then the boats, chopper and planes.

Pwede 'di ba? See the Light Rail Transit, it is working.

So, posibleng magkaroon na ako ng totoong remote control na car! Hehehe...

Ipinakita sa larawang ito ng isang farmer na si Liu Shuping ang isang piglet na mayroong iisang ulo ngunit may dalawang bibig, dalawang ilong at tatlong mga mata. Ang larawang ito ay kuha ni Xi'an noong March 8, 2007.

Experts attributed its condition to genetic variation.

Two Conjoined Nile Telapia Fish

Tinagurian silang "Siamese Twins". Kinunan sila ng larawan habang naglalangoy sa isang maliit na aquarium sa Bangkok noong isang taon ang nakakaraan. They are both 8 months and shared parts of thier skin.

Pinoprotektahan ng malaki ang maliit habang naghahanap ng kanilang makakain.

See This! Sea Monster On The Beach

Well, how could we imagine that in the forest has all the kind of monsters living in there. And there were in past and maybe still swinging around in wild wild forest everywhere even this era.

Monster in our imagination is ugly, bad characteristic, big foot, or an evil-look-like images. All these things only I can figure out in the movies, comics, stories, etc.

Let's go to the sea. the monster creatures they called under the ocean are sharks, jaws, whales, giant octopus, piranhas, barracudas, et al.

What About This? Are They Really Sea Monsters?

Actually, I've never seen a real monster in my entire life. Yes I believe it's true and had been exist on Earth like this one in the picture below.

I was searching my friend's email and I spotted one email from my groups (FunZu.com) and I was surprised when I opened it. It is!

Maybe you've seen these pictures already, but me, never before. I had to let my friends see this and some says that those images were just digitally retouched and not originally taken.

"really?"

Look at this one. It seems a baby half-human-half-fish. How this one become a monster.

Is he or she, ah whatever, had hurted anyone before? Just curiously asking myself. What I see is maybe this one is cute if still alive, or maybe awful one.

Whoa..! this one is looklike a real monster in the sea. Half-bodied-fish, half-headed-crocodile. I think he eat a lot of fish. I wouldn't know where is this came from but I will figure it out.

Is it a fish? A shellfish? The face is like a real human, Oh My...


How'll you look this one is up to you, or maybe you can help me on how to look to.

And look closer this one. It is a mermaid. It was a mermaid. Lower part is body of fish while the upper part is the body of human. (But all parts are part of the fish anyway)

Are their species still in the water? I just wondering how were they lived and were they died.

I just wanna share this amazing pictures to you, so that we can imagine that there are more living things and animals on this planet exists that we never know and see before our eyes.

They are now coming out from hiding. Some are maybe in your backyard, farm, pool, garden, or under your bed, you don't just realize what they are.

Some are real, some are unreal.
