And here is another one of my menu specials. The newest in town, my own creation, Chicken Goto. (Lugaw na may fried chicken). There is a harmony of taste which have the same combinations of ingredients.

In My Hometown

It's almost one month now nang dumating ako sa aming bayan. Real, Quezon. After a week, naisipan kong mag-open ng Lugawan (g0to) which is very famous sa aming lugar. I just occupied a small place sa restaurant ng Nanay ko. Nanghinayang kase ako sa espasyo, so I placed my Lugawan at Mami.

Ang plano ko ay para lang hindi ako mainip sa paghihintay ng tawag sa akin mula sa Company na pinagtrabahuhan ko sa Malaysia. But I almost busy every hour from my Lugawan.

Here is one of my specialties.

Here is my Lugaw. We called it "Goto" sa aming lugar, taliwas sa "Gotong Batangas". Ang nasa larawan ay Goto Combo sa aking menu.

Lugaw + laman-loob ng baka + boiled egg + Chicharon baka on top. garnished with aromatic fried garlic, spring onions and calamansi.

additional condiments to enhance the taste are fine black pepper and "patis".
